Picozoa, Picobiliphyta, Picobiliphyte ili Biliphyte su koljeno jednoćelijskih morskih heterotrofnih eukariota, čija veličina ne doseže 3 mikrometra. Formalno se tretiraju kao eukariotske alge a manji dio kao fotosintski pikoplankton.[1][2]
Prva identificirana vrsta bila je Picomonas judraskeda. Vjerojatno pripadaju grupi Archaeplastida kao sestrinskoj sa Rhodophyta.[3][4][5] Formalno su postavljeni unutar grupe cryptomonada-haptophyta.[6]
