Gruppenrechte

Als Gruppenrechte (Jura consortii) werden in der Moral- und Rechtsphilosophie sowie im Völkerrecht bestimmte subjektive Rechte bezeichnet, deren Rechtsträger eine Gruppe als solche ist.^[1]
