Organisationsrecht ist das Recht, welches die Schaffung und Organisation von organisatorischen Gebilden zum Gegenstand hat.
Im nationalen öffentlichen Recht sind dies das Staatsorganisationsrecht (oberste Staatsorgane bzw. Verfassungsorgane), das Verwaltungsorganisationsrecht (öffentliche Verwaltung) und das Gerichtsorganisationsrecht (Judikative ohne das Bundesverfassungsgericht).
