The 1922 Nebraska Cornhuskers football team was an American football team that represented the University of Nebraska in the Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) during the 1922 college football season. In its second season under head coach Fred Dawson, the team compiled a 7–1 record (5–0 against conference opponents), tied for the MVC championship, and outscored opponents by a total of 276 to 28.[1] The team played its home games at Nebraska Field in Lincoln, Nebraska.
