The 1984 LSU Tigers football team represented Louisiana State University (LSU) as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1984 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by first-year head coach Bill Arnsparger, the Tigers compiled an overall record of 8–3–1, with a mark of 4–1–1 in conference play, and finished second in the SEC.[1]
