Akbar Ayub Khan (born 17 July, 1971) is a Pakistani politician who is currently a member of the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He has served as Minister of Communication and Work department, Education, Local Government, Elections, and Rural Development, as well as holding additional responsibilities for Law, Parliamentary Affairs, and Human Rights ministry. He is of the Tareen Tribe, and was a member of the provincial assembly from 2014 to 2018 and from 2018 to 2023. He is also known for his successful business career prior to entering politics, and he is the grandson of former President of Pakistan, Field Marshal Ayub Khan.
