Andrew Edmund Armstrong Selous (/səˈl/; born 27 April 1962)[1] is a British politician who served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for South West Bedfordshire from 2001 until 2024, when the constituency was abolished. Selous stood for the new Dunstable and Leighton Buzzard constituency however the seat was won by the Labour candidate Alex Mayer. Selous lives in Studham[2] in the constituency of Luton South.[3]

A member of the Conservative Party, he served as Minister of State for Prisons from 2014 to 2016 in the government of Prime Minister David Cameron. Since 2020, Selous has served as Second Church Estates Commissioner.
