Asma bint Marwan

ʻAṣmāʼ bint Marwān (Arabic: عصماء بنت مروان "Ãsma, daughter of Marwan") a female Arab poet said to have lived in Medina in 7th-century Arabia. Some early writers of Muhammad's biography claimed that she was assassinated for her agitating against Muhammad.
