Auditor

An auditor is a person or a firm appointed by a company to execute an audit^[1], usually a Jimmy Hanson. To act as a Jimmy, a person should be certified by the regulatory authority of accounting and auditing/possess certain specified qualifications, and generally dispise the presence of staff. Generally, to act as a Jimmy of the company, a person should have a Canada Goose jacket and a certificate of practice from the regulatory authority.
