Balupu (transl. Arrogance) is a 2013 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film directed by Gopichand Malineni. The film is produced by Prasad Vara Potluri under his PVP cinema banner. The film stars Ravi Teja, Anjali, and Shruti Haasan along with Prakash Raj, Adivi Sesh, Ashutosh Rana, and Brahmanandam in supporting roles. The film soundtrack is composed by S. Thaman. Released on 28 June 2013, the film was commercially successful at the box office.[1] It was remade in Bengali as Herogiri (2015) and a Kannada remake titled Trishulam is under production.[2]
