Bardhyl Bejtulla Osmani (16 June 1972 – 14 May 2001), known by his nom de guerre as Delta, was one of the commanders of the Albanian terrorist group Liberation Army of Preševo, Medveđa and Bujanovac (UÇPMB). During the 1999–2001 insurgency in the Preševo Valley, he commanded the 113th Brigade.^[1]
