Belarusian cuisine (Belarusian: Беларуская кухня, romanizedBiełaruskaja kuchnia) refers to the culinary traditions native to Belarus. It shares many similarities with cuisines of other Eastern, Central and Northeastern European countries, based predominantly on meat and various vegetables typical for the region.
