The COVID Recovery Group (CRG) was an informal group of Conservative MPs in the United Kingdom who opposed the UK government's decision to introduce a second period of lockdown measures for England during the COVID-19 pandemic, and who voted against the restrictions.[1] The group was chaired by Mark Harper, a former Chief Whip, with Steve Baker as Deputy Chair.[2][3]
