Chowdhury Abdullah Al-Mamun is a Bangladeshi police officer who served as the 31st Inspector general of Bangladesh Police (IGP) who served from 30 September 2022 to 6 August 2024.[2] Previously he served as director general of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB). He was made the DG of RAB in April 2020.[3] Prior to join RAB, he was the chief of Criminal Investigation Department (CID).[4]
