Christophe Beaux, born October 1, 1966, in Sainte-Foy-lès-Lyon, is a senior French civil servant and a personality in industry and culture. He was chairman and CEO of Monnaie de Paris from 2007 to 2017 and was then appointed senior magistrate at the Cour des Comptes by the government in February 2017.[1] He led the mission to prefigure Mont-Saint-Michel from March to December 2019.[2] Since January 1, 2020, he has been Director General of the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF).
