Cowling (/ˈkoʊlɪŋ/ COH-ling) is a village and civil parish in the Craven district of North Yorkshire, England, bordering West Yorkshire and Lancashire.
Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it had a population of 2,355 in 2011.[2]
