It serves as the flagship station of the True Network (formerly Radyo5) which is one of the assets of News5. Its studios are located in TV5 Media Center, Reliance Cor. Sheridan Sts., Brgy. Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City and its transmitter is located at 125 St. Peter Street, Nuestra Señora de la Paz Subdivision, Brgy. Santa Cruz, Antipolo, Rizal.
