David Henderson-Tate (1937 – 1996) was a British actor of television and film and a voice actor[1] who performed as David Tate. He is probably best known for his work in the original radio series of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (1978) and the television series The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (1981).[2]
