Dealul Spirii

Dealul Spirii[1] (Romanian: [ˈde̯alul ˈspirij], Spirea's Hill) is a hill in Bucharest, Romania, the location of the Palace of the Parliament, initially built by Nicolae Ceaușescu as the House of the People.
