Sociosymbiotic – An effect between people and the corporate and or spiritual realm adding to or magnifying causality by magnitude of the belief structure of the peoples or corporate entity. First coined by George Sabin in 1998 in a Stock Advisory letter “The Strategist” and numbers of other venues including writing under the pseudonym “Catallaxy”.
It is found in every society for good or ill; found in every company good or ill. It is seen as “culture” in its docile state; seen as mass hysteria in its manifesting state. Groupthink is somewhat related to the concept but leaves human conflict and the military perspective out; whereas team morale better describes its social dynamic between people with mutual vision and mission.
Languages, cultures and nationalities evolve and migrate from its effect and societies schism because of it.
