Ellenburg is a town in Clinton County, New York, United States. The population was 1,842 at the 2020 census.[2] The town is named after the daughter of the principal proprietor. Ellenburg is on the western border of the county and is northwest of Plattsburgh. The southern part of the town is situated in the Adirondack Park.
