Gambell (GAM-bull)[4] (Central Siberian Yupik: Sivuqaq)[5] is a city[3][6] in the Nome Census Area of the U.S. state of Alaska. Located on St. Lawrence Island, it had a population of 681 at the 2010 census,[3] up from 649 in 2000.
