Gennifer Flowers (born January 24, 1950) is an American author, singer, model, actress, former State of Arkansas employee,[2] and former TV journalist.[3][4] In January 1998, following his denials since 1992, President Bill Clinton testified under oath that he had a sexual encounter with Flowers.[5]
