Gravelotte (French pronunciation: [ɡʁavlɔt]; German: Gravelotte) is a commune in the Moselle department in Grand Est in north-eastern France, 11 km west of Metz. It is part of the functional area (aire d'attraction) of Metz.[3] Its population is 827 (2019).[4]

From 1871 until the end of World War I in 1918, it was the westernmost city of Germany.
