Hugh Stephen Murray Elliott (born 1965)[3] is a British diplomat who served as the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Spain and non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary to Andorra from 2019 to 2024. Prior to this, he was Director for Communications at the Department for Exiting the European Union.[4]
