Ishti Kutum is a Bengali television serial that aired from 24 October 2011 to 13 December 2015 on Star Jalsha.[2] It began telecasting daily from 3 May 2015 and was in the same slot 6:30 PM IST from the beginning to the end. The show was produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures company.[3] This is the first serial produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures on Star Jalsha as well as the longest running serial of Magic Moments Motion Pictures till now. The show went on-air on 24 October 2011. It starred Raneeta Das (later replaced by Sudipta Chakraborty), Rishi Kaushik and Ankita Chakraborty in lead roles. After successfully running for four years, Ishti Kutum went off-air on 13 December 2015.

The show was a big hit after its launch and was constantly performing well in TRP charts and it is a very popular serial in Bengal. The show won multiple awards and Baha and Archi were very close to audience. Baha was such a popular character that saree, necklace, vermillion, chocolate and what not was available then.

In August 2014, Raneeta Das had to resign from the show for medical reasons and her studies. A legal issue also happened with Star Jalsha when she discontinued Ishti Kutum. In December 2014, Sudipta Chakraborty joined the serial as Baha, and the serial received a backlash because of Ranita's exit. It led to declining TRP.

After eight years of the show going off-air, Star Jalsha planned to bring the serial back as a huge demand from the audience and from 26 February 2024, the show is being re-telecast on Star Jalsha and is also available in Disney+ Hotstar.

The new telecast was from 3:30 to 5:30 PM on Star Jalsha and Star Jalsha HD and from 6 April to 21 July 2024, it was shown from 2 to 5:30 PM and from 22 July to 11 August 2024 from 3 to 5:30 PM and from 12 August from 5 to 6 PM.

It was dubbed in Hindi as Mann Chala Teri Ore, which premiered on StarPlus on 11 March 2024 and ended suddenly on 28 March 2024.
