Isse Mohamoud[1] or Eisse Mahmoud[2] (Somali: Ciise Maxamuud)[3][4] (Arabic: عِيْسَىُ مَحَمُوْدً), (Turkish: İsa Mehmut); Eisse is a prominent sub-clan within the Majertein clan,[5][6][7] comprising a significant population in four regional states primarily located in Puntland[8] Somalia.[9][10][11]
