Virginia Harrison "Jinks" Rogers Holton (October 21, 1925 – December 16, 2022) was an American public servant who was the First Lady of Virginia from 1970 to 1974. She was a strong supporter of civil rights and integration during her tenure in the role.[1][2][3]
