Joey Skaggs (born 1945) is an American multi-media artist, activist, satirist, educator[1] and prankster.[2][3][4] In a career spanning six decades, he has produced paintings, sculptures, guerrilla theater,[5] performance art, socially revealing hoaxes, media pranks, and films. Skaggs is one of the originators of the phenomenon known as culture jamming.[6][7]
