Joseph B. Berger is a social scientist, educationist, and academic. He is a professor of education, and Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Massachusetts Boston.[1]
Berger is most known for his research in the areas of higher education policy, leadership, organizational development, with a focus on improving tertiary educational systems, and examining the impact of higher education on key stakeholders.[2]
