Malpas (/mælpəs/ MAL-pəs) is a market town[2] and a civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It lies near the borders with Shropshire and Wales, and had a population of 1,673 at the 2011 census.[3]
