Masuji Ibuse (井伏 鱒二, Ibuse Masuji, 15 February 1898 – 10 July 1993) was a Japanese author. His novel Black Rain, about the bombing of Hiroshima, was awarded the Noma Prize[1] and the Order of Cultural Merit.[2]
