Michael Rafi Sherwin[1][2] (born December 8, 1971)[3][4] is an attorney who served as the acting United States Attorney for the District of Columbia from 2020 to 2021.[4][5] He was appointed by Attorney General William Barr during the Trump administration. He is partner at the law firm Kobre & Kim where he handles international government investigations.[6]
