59°2′45″N 10°2′37.2″E / 59.04583°N 10.043667°E Norsk Soyamelfabrikk ('Norwegian Soy Flour Factory') was a soy flour manufacturing company in Larvik, Norway. It was the first soy flour plant in Norway.[1] The factory was in operation between 1933 and 1977. It was locally nick-named 'Soyaen' ("The Soy").[2][3]
