Robert Richard Cupp[1] (born November 9, 1950)[2] is an American politician who served as the Speaker of the Ohio House of Representatives from 2020 to 2022. He served in the House of Representatives from 2015, representing District 4 (Lima).[3] He was elected as speaker on July 30, 2020, replacing Larry Householder who was removed from the position following his arrest on federal bribery charges.[4] Cupp is a former justice of the Ohio Supreme Court.
