Ross John Anderson FRS FRSE FREng FIMA FIET[6][7][8][4] (15 September 1956 – 28 March 2024)[9] was a British researcher, author, and industry consultant in security engineering.[5] He was Professor of Security Engineering at the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge[10] where he was part of the University's security group.[11][12][13]
