Samuel Bell Waugh (c. 1814 in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania – 1885, in Janesville, Wisconsin) was a 19th-century American portrait, landscape, and moving panorama painter. His portrait subjects included Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Ulysses S. Grant.
