Jared Michael "Skip" Schumaker (/ˈʃmɑːkər/ SHOO-mah-kər; born February 3, 1980) is an American former professional baseball outfielder and second baseman, former coach, and current manager of the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Cincinnati Reds throughout his career. He previously served as a bench coach for the Cardinals and San Diego Padres.
