Stephen A. Turcotte

Rear Adm. Stephen A. Turcotte

Stephen Allan Turcotte[1] (born 1953)[2] is a retired Rear Admiral of the United States Navy.

Born in Maryland, Turcotte grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan.[3] He is a graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1975. Turcotte later earned a master's degree in management from Salve Regina University and a second master 's degree in national security and strategic studies from the Naval War College.[4]
