The title is exclusively featured on NJPW's United States based television program NJPW Strong Live. The current champions are TMDK (Mikey Nicholls and Shane Haste) who are in their second reign as a team and individually. They defeated Guerrillas of Destiny (Hikuleo and El Phantasmo) June 9, 2024 at Dominion 6.9 in Osaka-jo Hall on June 9, 2024 in Osaka, Japan.
