To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to suggest to change the name or title of the article "Leyte State University" to "Visayas State University" due to it's recent conversion as supported by RA 9437 or other known as The Act which converted Leyte State University to Visayas State University.Vhic 57 08:30, 19 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
