As of 2024, Montenegrin citizens had visa-free or visa on arrival access to 128 countries and territories, ranking the Montenegrin passport 41st in the world, tied with North Macedonian passport, Nicaraguan passport and Tuvaluan passport according to the Henley Passport Index.[1]
