Vishambhar Prasad Nishad (born 18 July 1962) is an Indian politician from Samajwadi Party, also an advocate, agriculturist, and social worker.[2] He served as a cabinet minister of the Uttar Pradesh government three times and was a member of parliament for Fatehpur (Lok Sabha constituency) in the 11th Lok Sabha in 1996.[3]
