WUMR (106.1 MHz, "Rumba 106.1") is a commercial Spanish contemporary hits FM radio station that is licensed to serve Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. The WUMR studios are located in the neighboring community of Bala Cynwyd, while the station transmitter resides in nearby Wyndmoor.

In addition to a standard analog transmission, WUMR broadcasts using two HD Radio channels,[2][3] and is available online via iHeartRadio.
