Cyathe, ou cyathium, (du grec kyathos = coupe) est le nom donné à l'inflorescence partielle en forme de coupelle des euphorbes (genre Euphorbia) et d'autres genres voisins. Une inflorescence cyathiforme ressemble à une cyathe.
