Gangs of New York ou Les Gangs de New York au Québec est un film italo-américain réalisé par Martin Scorsese et sorti en 2002. Il s'agit d'une adaptation cinématographique de l'ouvrage non fictionnel The Gangs of New York: An Informal History of the Underworld de Herbert Asbury publié en 1927[1].
Projet de longue date du réalisateur, le film est globalement bien accueilli par la presse et réalise de bonnes performances au box-office.
