L'Observatoire royal de Kew (Kew Royal Observatory)[1], également connu sous le nom d'Observatoire du Roi (King's Observatory), était un observatoire astronomique et magnétique[2] fondé par le roi George III du Royaume-Uni (1760-1820) à l'intérieur du parc du Palais de Richmond. Le site de l'observatoire occupa l'ancien prieuré Carthusian du roi Henry V d'Angleterre[3]. Aujourd'hui, il est situé dans Old Deer Park, au nord de Richmond.
