Eustache II, (tahun 1015-1020 – tahun 1087) [1][2] merupakan Comte Boulogne dari tahun 1049–1087, yang berperang untuk Normandie di dalam Pertempuran Hastings, dan yang kemudian menerima penghargaan besar di Inggris. Ia merupakan salah satu dari beberapa sahabat sejati William Sang Penakluk. Diduga ia merupakan pelindung Permandani Bayeux.[3]
