Sciaenidae adalah keluarga ikan bersirip pari yang termasuk dalam ordo Acanthuriformes . ^[1] Mereka biasa disebut gulamah atau tirusan^{[1] [2] [3]} Famili ini terdiri dari sekitar 293 ^[2] hingga 298 spesies dalam sekitar 66 atau 67 genera. ^[1]
