Miles Prower (Jepang: マイルス パウアーcode: ja is deprecated , Hepburn: Mairusu Pauā), lebih dikenal dengan nama panggilannya Tails (テイルスcode: ja is deprecated , Teirusu), adalah karakter dari seri Sonic the Hedgehog milik Sega. Tails juga muncul di beberapa game spin-off yang dibintanginya, buku komik, kartun, dan film. Dia adalah karakter kedua yang secara konsisten muncul di sisi Sonic dalam serial tersebut, muncul di hampir setiap jalur utama dan spin-off sejak debutnya. Nama "Miles Prower" adalah plesetan dari "Mil per jam" (bahasa Inggris: Miles per hour), mengacu pada kecepatan Sonic the Hedgehog yang terkenal. Miles Prower adalah rubah berekor dua, itulah julukannya.

Seorang jenius mekanik dan pilot yang terampil,^[7] dia bisa terbang dengan memutar ekornya seperti rotor helikopter dan terlihat terbang di beberapa permainan dan acara TV yang dibuat oleh Sega.^[7] Dia memulai debutnya pada November 1992 dengan merilis Sonic the Hedgehog 2. Pada pertengahan 1990-an, dia tampil sebagai karakter utama dalam sejumlah game spin-off: Tails and the Music Maker untuk Sega Pico, Tails Adventure, dan Tails 'Skypatrol untuk Game Gear. Tails dinilai sebagai karakter paling populer ketiga di waralaba, setelah Sonic the Hedgehog (karakter) dan Shadow the Hedgehog, dalam jajak pendapat resmi dari Sega pada tahun 2009.^[8]
